PAGS is used across specialist alternative provision, multi-academy trusts, primary schools, and UTCs. What these schools have in common isn't their size or setting: it's that their staff now spend more time with learners and less time managing information.
“In our last Ofsted inspection in June 2025 we were recognised as Outstanding for the third time, due to progress in attendance, behaviour, academic success and destination. PAGS has been an amazing resource. It should be used in all schools.”
Younes Henini, Principal, Stone Soup Academy

Having an assessment like PAGS really enables us to assess students consistently across the country, and ensures we can track through and understand the needs of those students.
When we found PAGS, the time saving was quite a massive amount. Staff could sit down together, all involved in the process, working through each need together.
Once PAGS was set up, two weeks of my diary became one week. Each child used to take a 15-20 minute meeting, that is probably taking half the time now.
It gives a holistic image of the child, way beyond what I would call the problem areas. It breaks down the situation into really small, measurable, achievable steps.
As parents to a child diagnosed with global developmental delay, we were initially overwhelmed. PAGS helped us break down the areas we needed to work on first.
PAGS empowers teachers, inclusion specialists and parents, enabling them to track the impact of strategies tailored to the individual — and in a language they understand.
Every school we work with starts the same way: with a conversation about what you are trying to achieve and what is getting in the way. No hard sell, no lengthy demo scripts. Just a clear picture of whether PAGS is the right fit for your setting.
